LIXIL Learn
You will be asked 3-5 questions daily, and you may not know the answers when you are starting out. Don’t worry, this is NOT a test. Take your best guess, or do some research to get your answers. Either way, you are learning! The app uses some pretty advanced brain theory and microlearning to teach you new concepts by asking and answering questions.
You can choose to play a game each day, and the questions will generate inside the game. My personal favorite is Cheese Quest, but Golf and Color Fill are also very popular.
Each day you answer questions, you will earn points. You can use your points the rewards area. Place a bid on a gift card or prize, if you have the highest bid when the auction ends, you win!
And lastly, users who log in 20+ times a month, learn new topics quicker than those who only log in 10 times a month. So make sure to stick with it and motivate your colleagues to play too!
Showpad
LIXIL’s new content management system that bridges the gap between sales and marketing.
By centralizing all marketing support digitally in one system, Showpad will improve the marketing impact in the sales channel and increase sales productivity. Using less time, find your content faster to create a happier customer or prospect.
With Showpad it will now be much easier for you to do your job, resulting in better sales execution and customer activation!
E-Learning
As of June 1, 2018:
In an effort to consolidate our platforms, Bridge our online e-learning software has been shut down as of May 31st 2018. We have added all the e-learning modules to Lixil Learn (Axonify). You can access the modules in Lixil Learn under Extra Training by typing the word “Module” in the search.
All of your past training information will be transferred to Lixil Learn over the next 3 months and once uploaded in you will have access to see what you have completed in the Report Card section of the application.
New product content modules will be automatically distributed, 1 topic per month, along with your daily training. Completion of this module will award 100 points. Of course you are always welcome to complete more than the requirement and we hope you do.
We apologize for any inconvenience, this decision was made after listening to your feedback about having too many different platforms, we hope this consolidation makes your experience easier and more convenient in the future.

What is it?
Interactive learning is a hands-on approach to help students become more engaged and retain more material. With or without a form of technology, interactive learning helps students strengthen problem solving and critical thinking skills. Most people love interactive training because it isn't the usual PowerPoint Lecture. If you've trained with us before, you know that everyone is a big fan! Reach out to us if you have any ideas that you want us to explore and try out.
Jenga
We took the simple game of Jenga and turned it into a training game! You break into two teams and one player from each teams goes at a time. On each block, there is a question (on products we trained); if you get it right, your team wins points. Whoever gets the most points wins the game! If you're interested in making a Jenga; try it out!
